1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Om Vihar Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is received and the payment is processed successfully, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or cancelled.

2. Error in Donation Amount

If you believe that an error has occurred while making a donation (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and take necessary action if deemed valid.

3. Refund Criteria

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

• Duplicate donation due to a technical error.

• Accidental multiple payments.

• Mistaken entry of donation amount.

All such requests must be submitted in writing with proof of the transaction.

• Date and amount of donation

• Transaction ID or receipt number

• Reason for refund request

5. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
